Professional remote service for process optimization

At Steinemann, we always aim to provide our users with highly professional and efficient remote diagnostic and phone-based services. Our Support Team staff have many years of hands-on industry experience and can also draw on the know-how provided by our Development Team where necessary.

TeamViewer or the standard built-in Secomea hardware provides secure remote access to your machine. This lets our specialists perform a comprehensive set of fault diagnostics, check input data, and analyze the machine software. Board Quality Cockpit (BQC) provides a way to check the sanding process itself and have any errors identified immediately. As our BQC customer, you can also benefit from a monthly sanding process report, sent via email. Our Support Team is standing by to take your call from 8 AM to 5 PM CET.

If you’d prefer to use your own remote access solution, our support staff will be happy to accommodate your choice.

Trade shows in 2021 – Where you can find us this year

We decided to build up our own digital booth where visitors can dive into the world of sanding and walk through our sanding line. This gives us the chance to keep you informed about our latest news and products, and maintain a direct channel for dialog and knowledge sharing.

Our virtual trade show booth will also be an exhibit at the new digital event LIGNA.Innovation Network 2021, which runs from Sep 27, 2021 to Sep 29, 2021. We’re already looking forward to welcoming you as a digital delegate to our online booth.
